With my sister going away for a week, she left her 6 year old daughter with me to take care for the meantime until she gets back and though I am okay with that, I have a hard time relating with small kids as I am not so good with playing with them. So one day, it seems my niece was bored with just at home watching tv, so I decided to do something different with her this time and I set up my baking equipment, together with this newly bought hello kitty cookie cutter I got in this site called www.cheapcookiecutters.com, as I wanted to experiment a bit and also I wanted my niece to participate in making the cookies by shaping the dough herself with the hello kitty cookie cutter. And since this was something new to her, she was so excited and of course, knowing who hello kitty was, she was happy to help create one of her favorite characters in cookies with this one.
